PM&E is a process in a project/activity/lesson where you involve all the stakeholders/participants/pupils/teachers. The project leaders (could be an NGO,International organization, the school, an individual or the community), the stakeholders,the beneficiaries and the Government are responsible for the development of the whole project. All contributions (monitoring) will have an influence on the further progress of the activities. The same actors will be involved in the evaluation to sketch the future planning of the project.
