Ameliorer la qualite de l’education conformement aux objectifs de l’Education Pour Tous et a ceux du Millenaire pour le Developpement, l’objectif du projet etant de contribuer a cet effort en ameliorant les capacites techniques des inspecteurs par des formations cibles.


Algeria ( EU)

Elaboration du rapport de diagnostic notamment pour les aspects concernant la gestion financière des systèmes de formation et d'enseignement professionnels.Elaboration du dossier technique relatif aux propositions de renforcement de la gestion financière des systèmes de formation et d'enseignement professionnels.

Mise au point du programme de formation des Cadres chargés de la démultiplication des compétences.



Mali ( USAID)



Technical support to the teacher training division within the Ministry of Education.
Institutional support to the Division of Normal Teaching (DEN) through a working group represented by the Ministry of Education.

Capacity building with various Ministry of Education departments (DEN and the National Office for Basic Education (DNEB)). This will be carried out through planning, supervision, monitoring and evaluation of activities.



Kyrgyzstan ( ADB)


The Second Education Project (the Project)build on past Asian Development Bank (ADB) assistance to continue to enhance the quality of, and participation in, primary (grades 1–4) and middle grades 5-9(10) and senior grades (10(11)-11(12)). The Project developed: new 11 or 12-year curriculum, and new textbooks and learning materials developed for grades 1–11 or 12, and textbooks for grade 1 delivered; new formative and summative classroom assessment systems developed; certificate program in education assessment created; public support raised for the new curriculum and assessment, and inclusive education.




Sierra Leone (IRC)


Provide training, technical advice and guidance on what is learner-centred pedagogy, psychosocial wellbeing of students and why these are important concepts and approaches to include it in the JSS teacher training curriculum. Provide intensive and on-going support throughout the curriculum revision process on how to mainstream these concepts and approaches throughout core curriculum subjects. Review and provide inputs into any adaptations or changes needed based on pilot training results.




Haiti (EU)


Mission d'évaluation expert pédagogique

Le Programme d’Appui au Renforcement de la Qualité de l’Éducation en Haïti (PARQE) répondait à l’une des exigences du PNEF. Il se proposait en effet de contribuer à l’amélioration de la qualité de l’éducation. Il devait permettre de créer et de mettre en état de fonctionnement les 18 EFACAP dont il avait la charge.L’ensemble des activités du PARQE s’est déroulé à travers quatre volets :

Appui aux Directions Départementales d’Éducation et Recyclage des Surâgés (DDES)

Construction, réhabilitation, et équipement des EFACAP et des écoles associées (CRE/EFACAP)

Formation et fournitures de ressources didactiques (FFR)Fonds d’appui Pédagogique (FAP). 




Armenia ( World Bank)


The goal of the EQ&R Project is to support the Government reforms in general education. More specifically the project has the dual aim of raising the quality of education and ensuring its relevance to the new economy and knowledge society needs along with carrying forward reforms to improve the efficiency of the education system. The Education Quality and Relevance Project covers issues such as establishment of a new National Curriculum and Assessment System, development and integration of ICT in schools, teacher professional development, system management and efficiency. Part of these reforms is improving teaching methodology and teaching/learning atmosphere in classroom.
